Hotel manager Long and front end staff were fantastic! Super helpful and accommodating! The help started before the flight from Canada and continued beyond our stay and on to our next destination. All the cooking and cleaning staff were were so accommodating as well! Wonderful breakfast buffet every morning! Conveniently located to the old quarter. If you’re used to walking, you can walk to a lot of places including bars and the Hoan Kiem lake. Rooms are also sizable with the necessary amenities.
