Simply amazing! We booked the Fuji View room and it didn't disappoint. Rooms are very comfortable and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet was also a good experience with such a wide choice.

Splendid setting with mind blowing views onto Mount Fuji, backside with lake view and lush greenery. Dinner on site excellent, breakfast buffet very good. Although the exterior and decoration is dated in the 1980’s, this hotel has been treated with respect and love. You cannot beat the location and the tranquility it offers. The service, food, onsen, and facilities are excellent. Breakfast is fantastic. The personal are polite and very helpful. If you are visiting Fuji, this is the best view and the best hotel by far.
