Check booking with hotel before visiting!
Could not find hotels.com reservation. Difficult to find Hotels.com phone number for support. Online chat slow to answer. Hotel eventually got call from hotels.com but wanted email co formation. Hotel reception terminated phone call! Eventually found the original booking email. 45 minutes wasted. Shower in room had rain flow and handheld shower. Rain flow head leaked out of side - was broken. As hand held shower did not work either, I had to shower with on hand holding broken parts together. Staff in bar were friendly and helpful. Snack food we had was good. Internet worked well.

This place is very comfortable very clean it’s quiet it’s just nice all the way around. If I come to Ukraine again I will definitely be here again as I was two years ago. They accommodated me two years ago that’s why I’m back here now.

Ok hotel but you can find better.
The hotel wasn't bad however the previous reviews are misleading about being locqyed in a convenient location. It's situated a few miles from the city center and the area has a lot of construction. It is across the street from the bus terninal which is probably the only convenient thing about this hotel. No restaurants or bar in the area. The hotel amenities after 23:00 are limited.

It's near train station so trains running all night and the breakfast staff not helpful. The water was warm for shower they fixed it by having it run a while and running the sink at same time:) the check in staff very friendly. So I moved to new place after two days.

Nice hotel with wonderful staff. Food was pretty good. Music in the lounge was very loud and they vacuumed right in the middle of the early evening relaxing time. Biggest draw back is that location is way away from anywhere you want to go.

One Night Stay in Abri Hotel
I overnighted at the hotel when I returned from home to my work assignment in Eastern Ukraine. The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was included in the room price and was wonderful. Due to a low number of guests staying in the hotel that night there was no buffet that morning, but breakfast was made off of a list of buffet items that I ordered the night before.

The hotel next to the bus station and DIY market
I asked for a quiet room and when I go back, and yes, I will be going back, they will give me a quiet room. The room I had nestled between the bus station and the DIY market and a very rickety tram line.It would be unfair to single out any of the team who looked after me. They were an excellent team and worked their own particular magic about retrieving my bag - which had been taken off the flight from Kiev. I walked a lot and slept a lot. Relaxing despite the noise. But you should go. The food is beautifully presented and the breakfast is great fun. And I liked the tea and coffee making facilities in the room - not usually found in Ukraine but I have stayed at this group's hotel in Odessa.
