Overall is a well located hotel near to lotte departmental store and Myeongdong. F&B is on the high end charges. My colleague wanted to extend his stay till 7pm but needed to pay for one more night instead half day. Instead he extended till 5pm and paid half day KRW199K. I honestly think the hotel can do better here, extend another 2 hours and the customer will be very happy and as you see half day for another 4-5hours close to EUR150 is already high.

Westin Josun is the best hotel I have experienced. Service was very personal and professional. Every time I called the operator, they answered with my name it was the sample of personal service.
