Jewelry stolen, all Russian guests
This hotel attracts low budget Russians through cheap tours, almost all guests are Russian, very few Turkish and no other nationality. We returned from breakfast to our room to see room service was there and my silver necklace disappeared from the side table next to my bed ! Cleaning lady blamed us for leaving valuables unattended and making her look like she took it, no one came to our help or later ask for a follow up, the chain disappeared from the room and hotel did not care a bit. I stayed in cheap hotels of India and other poor Asian nations, this is the first time my item is stolen from the hotel room. This resort has many negatives to list here but to their credit beach is nice, sunsets are beautiful, antique city Side is nearby, you can always find some food to eat, so if your budget is very limited and you need all-inclusive resort you may well survive and enjoy it here. Just be aware that there is always 30-40 Russians pile up at the restaurant door and run to the food to hoard as they think food will run out in a minute. They also quickly reserve tables with their bags and other belongings as well as reserve most of the beach chairs with towels or papers etc. Stay at this resort if absolutely you cannot afford something more pricy.

Dreadful hotel, dreadful staff.
In over 30 years of travel this was simply the very worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We left after 3 days and paid to stay elsewhere. Vile place, filthy, shabby, rude management, rude staff, terrible food, noisy all through the night due to staff having their dogs on site. Horrible place, could not wait to get away from it.

nie wieder
Das Zimmer, dass ich als erstes bekam war wie ein Alptraum gewesen. Die Dusche war verrostet, die Toilette verkalkt,die Wände waren schmutzig, am nächsten Tag habe ich ein etwas größeres Zimmer bekommen, das Zimmer war etwas besser aber es gab keine einzige Steckdose im Zimmer. Handtücher wurden einmal getauscht. Für warme aber auch für kalte Getränke gab es keine Trinkgläser sondern Plastikbecher oder Pappbecher. Es gab kein Kaffeelöffel z.B. für Pudding oder Cornflakes. Im Lobby-Bereich hat es richtig gestunken, der Geruch kam vom "Hammam". Es war unerträglich, da könnte man kein Aufenthalt nehmen. Soviel ich mich erinnern kann habe ich die Reise von Expedia als fünf Sterne gebucht. Das was ich dort gesehen und erlebt habe, würde ich nicht mal als 3 Sterne Hotel bewerten. Ich wurde sehr enttäuscht. Den nächsten Urlaub hatte ich mit meiner Frau im September 2016 geplant, doch nach meinen stark enttäuschenden Erlebnissen haben sich unsere Meinungen geändert.

Otelde temizlik hizmeti yoktu, alt katta da giriş katta oradaki odalarda böcek olduğundan sürekli müşterilerden şikayet var, animasyon ekibi çok zayıf, yemekleri ise sürekli aynı şeyi çıkıyor ve lokantada sürekli bir pis koku var. Barlarda hizmet sıfır denecek kadar az sürekli buz yok konakladığım süre boyunca hiç soğuk su içemedim

Larissa Beach Club Not recomended
This hotel was not 4 star it was a 2 star with poor service rooms in need of renovation and poor plumbing that was very loud. The food was of poor quality we went out every night for dinner I would not have eaten dinner there. The hotel was 100% Russian we were the only English guests there and few staff could speak English. The hotel was not located where it was shown on the Venere website either it was much further out of Side not.

Udemærket hotel lige ved stranden og Side by
Det var et rigtig fint hotel, med en en fin pool. Hotellet lå 20 meter fra stranden, og havde sin egen beachbar. Vi synes der var god service på hotellet, de fleste af dem snakkede desværre bare ikke engelsk overhovedet. Der var et stort udvalg af mad i buffeten. Man skal bare huske på ikke at sammenligne med det mad man er vant til, udseendemæssigt og smagsmæssigt. Det var mange gæster, så der var ingen som helst køkultur, når maden blev serveret, så det blev lidt et virvare, hvis man valgte at spise, når de åbnede buffeten op. Det er derudover næsten det samme mad der bliver serveret hver dag, så det kan godt blive ret trivielt. Det er et hotel, hvor størstedelen af hotellets gæster er russiske, så personalet kan derfor godt snakke russisk og hotellets tilbud er rettet mod russiske gæster. Det var et udemærket værelse vi boede på, dog var sengene som at sove på fjedre med lagen på. Der var aircondition med i tilbuddet og rengøringsniveauet var rigtig fint. Hvis man leder efter et relativt billigt hotel med all inclusive, som ligger tæt på stranden og på Side by, så er dette hotel udemærket :) Lad jer ikke skræmme af de mange dårlige kommentarer. Hotellet har selvfølgelig sine fejl og mangler. Og man skal selvfølgelig vurdere om man heller vil have et hotel som er mere skandinavisk/tysk præget. Men udover det er det et rigtig hyggeligt hotel, hvor gode minder bliver skabt :)

Region Side günstige Spontanbuchung
Lage ist wirklich nah am Meer und kleiner Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, aber leider ein russisches Familienhotel! Restaurant hat Speisesaal Charakter und ist vom Personal nur notdürftig sauber zu halten. Das Essen war wirklich schlecht ein "Diät-"All-Inclusiv. Besser lecker türkisch außerhalb vom Hotel essen gehen.

War in Ordnung
Das Essen ist zwar lecker, jedoch gab es jeden Tag Mittags und Abends das gleiche, wurde also sehr schnell sehr langweilig und man wusste nicht mehr was man sich nehmen sollte. Das Entertainment Programm am Abend war viel zu laut und unser Zimmer direkt daneben. Konnten deshalb erst ab halb 12 immer schlafen weils einfach viel zu laut war. Das Zimmer war schon sehr abgenutzt, die Betten hart und die Dusche etwas schimmelig. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren alle sehr freundlich, jedoch mangelnde Englisch Kenntnisse. Der Strand war schnell zu erreichen und sehr schön.

Nice hotel
The room and the cleaning off the room was good. The only thing was the shower, It was not a especially good shower jet. Good fod and drinks. They have a great entertainment team that takes good care of you! The best!
