No respetan los beneficios de la reserva

No respetaron lo que ofrecen en la reserva. Decía traslado desde/hacia el aeropuerto gratis, y ninguno de los dos los hicieron válidos. Dicen que está mal lo que dice mi reserva, que ellos no ofrecen ese servicio, que es con un cargo de $250 También quedé con la persona de recepción para que nos llevaran al aeropuerto a las 12am, y dijo que sin problema, pero ya cuando llegamos había otra señorita, y nos dice que el último servicio era a las 9:30pm Total, no respetan nada de lo que ofrecen.
