We had 2 rooms 4 people. The air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms. Someone came the first night to look and said he would come back he did not. We went to buy a fan ourselves. Next afternoon after repeatedly trying to get them to fix the AC they finally did. We also had a toilet that was rocking of the wall. Staff at the front were amazing and very friendly.

Love it every time
I have been visiting this hotel since 2010 every year at least 3 or 4 times in a year. It is not a fancy or anything like 5 stars..but it has its own character which love. People who works at the hotel are so nice, breakfast, internet, room, location is just for me. In an average year I stay over 300 nights in hotels that around the world, Bologna Novotel Fiera is my favorite by far. Thank you guys..
