Rooms are nice enough but the bathroom is weird. There's a jacuzzi tub in it that does not fit well. As a result there is almost zero counter space. Also two sides of the bathroom are glass and while you can pull curtains down it doesn't keep the room from getting significant lighter in the middle of the night, potentially disturbing someone sleeping when the other person uses the bathroom. Location is great though and price is good. Don't expect a lot of help from the staff if you are not from Korea and you have questions. At least that was our experience.

The room was very clean. The carpet in the hallway could use updating but otherwise clean. The front desk clerk name Dae Kyoung Kim was very helpful with getting us to our cruise ship terminal. The hotel was close to train station. It was about 7 minute walk. Also easy access to buses. Many shops nearby, but don't open till after 10 am. Otherwise great location.

Great hotel as usual

Very good location. Easy access to transit, shopping, site seeing etc. Parkview room was exceptionally great to overlook the Hanok village and Central Park. This hotel is quite old and may need some upgrades but still in good condition. Only one thing that gave me negative impression was A staff at the front desk who was quite rude to tourist. But I guess he had a bad day. Other than that I will definitely go back again when I am in Songdo area.

Hotel looks quite elegant but is lacking in maintenance and upkeep. The room clearly showed its age although it had elegant touches. We wanted to sit in the lobby but we're told ALL sofas and chairs were broken. We tried to sit in the café in the lobby but we're told we had to purchase something in order to sit down... so ultimately we didn't have a place to sit and wait for the time to catch our taxi. Staff was nice, buffet was balanced in selection for breakfast food, although the food was cold or warm. Overall the stay was satisfactory but nothing exceptional

I like that is quite old school charm the hotel. Near to the Hanbok village, next to the Central Park for jogging and easy to walk to the malls for shopping. The part I guess to improve on is the facilities. The floor heater not that warm so during winter can be chilly. And there’s not enough socket for charging 😬

There was mold in the washroom. The chair had broken finishings that cut my hand. But the main thing was the room was hot like a sauna, with no real options to cool down. We had to request a fan which wasn’t promptly provided and did little to cool the room. We were able to open a small crack in the window, but when you removed the room card from the slot, the window automatically closed, which result in us coming back to a sauna room after a long day. Having to leave the window open, left the air dry and resulted in one of us getting a sore throat. Bed was comfy tho. And room was spacious.
