This was not an actual hotel, but a unit in a residential building. I arrived about an hour before stated check-in time, so I had to wait for the owner (or manager) to meet me there. There was a front desk that serves the building, but they are not part of the company that handles the serviced units. However, they were helpful, and contacted the owner, who explained that he would meet me there shortly, which he did. After that, it was a great stay. Location is a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station, and close enough to central attractions to be within reasonable walking distance even without using the metro. There was a little food court right next to the building, and several cafes and restaurants within a short distance along Providencia, and an abundance of choices in the Bellavista neighborhood, maybe a 10 to 15 minute walk. The unit was nice, and I very much enjoyed the kitchenette. It worked out okay for me. If you speak Spanish and/or have a cell phone or other portable device, so that you can communicate with the management before you arrive, it would be even easier.
