There were pills on the floor when we entered the room. The fan was hanging out of the wall in the bathroom. We only had one bath towel, no washcloths, no coffee pot and the room stunk like a rotten fart. We checked in at 5 after 3pm which is when they are done cleaning. I was not impressed and left early. . . The gentleman at the front desk seemed annoyed with us but was otherwise very helpful and courteous. Would I recommend this hotel, not until they can update and service the rooms better. One plus was that the pool was filled and looked clean and treated.

The 2 men at the front desk were very friendly!! Room was fairly clean. A little dingy/dated inside and out. Pool was under maintenance until Monday, which we had planned to take a dip:( they may want to update booking sights to show pool is unavailable. Also there were multiple bugs in the room. Figured it out in the morning when about half inch opening between bottom of the door was leaking sunlight in. But for a place to just rest your head 12 minutes from Red Rocks amphitheater perfect place to stay if you don't want to spend a bunch.

Grateful for them taking us in last minute. The fan unit was inoperable in the room we stayed in making the room quite uncomfortable. We booked a second night the next morning and they could not find our itinerary anywhere. Needless to say we canceled and are awaiting a refund in full. Other than that the employees were very professional. This location has stepped it up compared to years prior. Great place to get some sleep in a pinch. And very budget friendly. Free pets as well is a lifesaver. Laundry room was clean and everything worked as though it should.
