Rooms were very clean, everything we needed was ready for us, our special requests were attended to immediately. We used the gym daily and the equipment/machines were all clean and in great condition. We had many questions regarding places to visit and car charters, Freddy at the concierge was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. Happy with the place and appreciate the service. Will be back.

Beautiful hotel with helpful English speaking concierge, generous rooms and fabulous buffet breakfast. We thought a city view would be more interesting but recommend booking a park view room (there's a fountain light show on at about 8PMm that's pretty impressive) . The metro is about a 10mins walk away so something to be aware of but not really an issue. The pool & sauna facilities are great. Shopping mall 5 mins walk away is not fancy but has lots of basic restaurants and a huge supermarket.

It was a pleasant stay. We arrived around 11pm and we wanted to eat but restaurants in the hotel were closed. We ordered room service but it took an hour to bring to our room though we were told that it'll take 20mins only. But overall stay was good.

Overall great, but the location is not the best. Breakfast needs improvement, except for the fruits and eggs. Don’t understand how ikea’s cups end up in a 5 stars hotel.. I don’t want to drink my morning coffee or tea in these. It’s the first time in my life that I see that. Staff and room were great.
