The location is excellent and Old Town was a really fun destination but otherwise it was a pretty bad experience. The place is unclean, there were hairs all over the pillows and bugs on the wall of the room, the stairwells and parking lot were full of cigarette butts, and the parking lot was sketchy at night. One of the front desk personnel was welcoming and professional but the one that I interacted with the most was clearly miscast for this job since she had no customer service skills whatsoever. There are several other hotels in the area so we won't be coming back here.
