Every one is really friendly and helpful. Every day the workers will check if you need stuff like fresh towels or toilet treats. They will also call you to invite you on the activity they have. There is a Landry room to was clothes. The pool is really nice and refreshing. And lastly the buffet is good 10/10. I will recommend this for anyone visiting with family or for immigration purposes because it’s a 10 min walk from the consulate.

6/10 Good

I was a bit disappointed with the discrepancies between what is on the website and the true reality. Staff members are nice, respectful, and supportive. The common areas of the hotel are well maintained and nicely decorated. The room, at the least the one I got, not so much. The room was very tired, the walls were not so clean, and it gave me an impression I was staying at a very old hotel. The main door did not close properly. The bed side table was not in a good state such that I did not trust placing anything directly on top of it. The closet had an old smell. The breakfast was also an adventure. Depending on your booking you are sent to the fancy restaurant or the back of the house kitchen. I wish this was better explained at the reservation or at the check in. I would not have minded paying an extra fee if I knew there was an option.

I was upgraded to a beautiful room, but there was not a refrigerator in it.. I addressed the issue with the person at the front desk, and after I explained my request, and being a frequent guest, I know there are other rooms with a refrigerator, they went out of their way to accommodate my request and find one for me. I was very grateful for it. I think it is worth mentioning the high level of customer satisfaction policy on all staff of the Maria Bonita hotel throughout all the amenities.

8/10 Very good

We arrived at around 3:00 pm Friday May 30th, at the registration desk there was 4 people working, one on the phone, the other one was reading some documents and the other 2 young ladies were visiting talking away about how are they doing and so on!!! Ignoring us completely!! I mean completely, there for we got away from the desk to waited till they finished their conversation!!! A simple hello we will be you in a minute - some type of acknowledgement! The first impression is key for customers/clients to any business!!!! Other than that our stay was good. Thank you! The pool sight was cool. The hot tub was actually cold. And the smell was pretty strong to the point my eyes, nose burned. Chlorine shouldn't smell unless its mix with body fluids my skin itched everytime I got out. But The kids had a lot of fun in the pool. The room was lovely, our cleaning lady was very nice. And she would go above and beyond always with a smile on her face very social. The food was freaking amazing. The beans were delicious! I wanted a last taste of those beans! Never tasted some beans like those. BUT I did notice that the "clean plates" were not very clean. The still had previous food on them. So whomever washes them I do recommend to do a better job at washing. The staff were very humble, nice and very helpful. If I could stay there again I definitely would.
The recovery bar.
