Hotel stay was amazing. Room was clean, smelled good and overall good. The difference maker was the staff. Especially Fred and Leo who helped me locate some items that I thought I wouldn’t be able to get. They went out and found it and paid with their own money to procure it. I was shocked. I obviously paid them back but the effort is what’s really impressive.

Ladies at the executive lounge are very attentive to guests' needs. Swimming pool and gym were world class. They just changed their beds and were too firm (almost hard like many hotel beds in Asia) but the room director assured us that they will get softer and plusher beds to meet guests' needs in future. So email them to arrange for plush beds if you need them.
