The staffs at the front desk were very rude on my arrival to check in. I had reserved and paid the hotel for guest and the staff behaved as if I was lying about having a paid reservation. She said there was no documentation of my reservation and challenged, yes, challenged me to produce a payment receipt.
The room I was assigned on the third floor had a slit for a window when I was promised a 'city view'. It has dust everywhere. I requested to be transferred to a lower level room because of the amounts of items I had to be carrying down the narrow staircase. The staff got angry and told me I have to pay extra, another staff intervened and said the rooms cost the same. Checking in was a harrowing experience.
My guest complained about the continental breakfast, but gave them kudos for the Nigerian cuisine.
I will not go back.
