The room was beautiful it had everything we needed and more. The staff were very polite and helpful both pools were clean and beautiful. Our room had a lovely sea view as-well as the view you could see the camels and horses. The rooftop bar gives you a great view of the sea and sun set. The food is also great

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble, mais accueil à revoir et buffet cher Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en famille, avec ma femme et notre bébé de 18 mois. Arrivés à 14h à la réception, nous avons dû attendre près d'une heure avant de pouvoir prendre possession de notre chambre. Bien que l'heure officielle de check-in soit fixée à 15h, la gestion de l'attente a manqué de fluidité et d'attention, ce qui est particulièrement inconfortable lorsqu'on voyage avec un enfant en bas âge. En dehors de cette prise en charge initiale, le reste du séjour s'est bien déroulé : les prestations globales et l'hébergement sont corrects. Concernant la restauration : Petit-déjeuner : Correct et convenable, bien que la variété des produits reste assez limitée. Buffet : Le choix manque également de diversité. À 300 dirhams par personne, le rapport qualité-prix du buffet est clairement trop élevé par rapport à l'offre proposée.

My stay at Palm Hotel was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I had to complain several times throughout my stay about issues that should have been handled without having to ask. Towels were not replaced regularly, there were power outages, and there were several other problems that made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. I expected much better service and attention to basic housekeeping and maintenance. Instead of enjoying my stay, I found myself repeatedly following up on issues that should have been resolved promptly. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and poor service meant I would not choose to stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

Très bon séjour avec ma maman dans cet hôtel. La propreté est impeccable, tout est vraiment bien présenté. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’établissement. Le service est qualitatif et la literie très confortable. Une grande partie du personnel est très agréable, notamment Abdouassamad, Mohamed, Badr Eddine et Khadija, qui ont été au top. Merci encore. Nous avons recommandé cet hôtel autour de nous et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Petit point à améliorer : l’accueil de certains membres du personnel, en particulier le responsable des serveurs, qui n’est pas toujours le même selon les clients. Nous sommes tous la pour passer un bon moment 😅
