The hotel is new so everything was clean and well maintained. The room was bright with a good view over the titanic quarter. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was very quiet. Car parking is available but at an extra cost of £20. The hotel is within easy walking of the SSE arena so a good place to stay if attending a show there.

We had a fabulous weekend at the hotel, staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and what a choice of food they had, catering for everyone needs. We had a meal later that day and it was delicious, even made it extra special for us when we told them it was our wedding anniversary and they came out with a dessert specially made for us, it made us feel so special. We definitely will be back again. Credit to all staff

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was limited in my opinion. The hashbrowns and bacon were in the same tray this isn’t suitable for vegetarians. There were no allergens on the cards. Housekeeping knocked on my room three times whilst I was sleeping at 4:30 pm to check if I had enough tea and coffee. I did not ask for this and one knock would’ve been enough, no need for 3 to try and wake me

The staff were hampered by IT issues at the time of my stay, but they remained professional, friendly and polite throughout focussing on customer service. Beautiful property, expensive but reflected in the property throughout the communal areas and my room. Fabulous views from floor to ceiling windows, private parking all fantastic. Noisy guests near me but that's not the fault of the hotel or its staff.

Clean and modern hotel with incredibly delicious breakfast (including eggs/coffee made to order). Can't beat the location right next to the Titanic museum. And within walking distance of canal and other areas (e.g. O2 shopping center/cinema). Also very quiet at night and has AC. Parking was a bit steep at £20/night, but still overall a good value. My only complaint was that there was a lighted vanity mirror we could not get to go off. Front desk sent someone up who also could not figure it out, so maybe defective? Had to shut off master power to room in order to sleep (which turned off AC). Really should have been offered a different room (or a discount).

The Marriott Belfast is a very impressive hotel. Excellent location next to the Titanic Museum. The area was clean and lovely, the hotel modern and extremely well finished, and the food and atmosphere were excellent. The room was immaculate and to a very high standard. The bed was genuinely one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, which is saying something as I travel a lot with work. Unfortunately, the evening took an unexpected turn. At around 5pm, while sitting in the hotel waiting for my dinner, I was approached and propositioned by a woman offering sexual services. I had ordered dinner. Apparently there was an additional menu available. What made this particularly uncomfortable was the impression that this was not exactly a surprise to staff, and that this sort of activity was taking place within the hotel. There were families dining in the restaurant at the time, making it rather more awkward than your usual pre-dinner conversation. It’s a genuine shame because, aside from this, the hotel was excellent. However, I couldn’t recommend it to families based on my experience. Being propositioned for sexual services while waiting for your steak at 5pm probably isn’t a Marriott amenity most families are looking for. A great hotel, sadly let down by something that really shouldn’t be happening on the premises.
