Wonderful stay
This is such a beautiful hotel. All the staff are professional, warm and welcoming. The room was gorgeous and spacious with excellent amenities and great views. The extras like handwritten notes, travel recommendations and helpful advice about visiting Grindelwald were icing on the cake.

Rooms were spacious and balconies allowed great views. The bedding was not up to standard I expected with pillows extremely uncomfortable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows.
