This hotel is only 3 weeks open so it was a joy to stay in brand new surroundings! Kailey at the front desk was amazing ..free water and earplugs at check in was a bonus. They are waiting for a pool inspection currently so pool not available...very nice amenities. New mall across street with varied eating options to choose from! We would definitely stay again at this location!

I chose this location because it offered the indoor pool and was not notified prior to arrival that the pool was not operational, I was upset I could have picked another location for the pool. this day it was 102 degrees, I had 4 grandkids that were so sad. If that wasn't enough, a power outage occurred for over 3 hours in the evening causing the room to get really warm so we couldn't sleep. We were walking around with our cell phone lights. Staff was courtesy but unfortunately this made our stay the not a good one, Upon check out no receipt no internet still down no comp for the room, there was talk from management we will make this right I booked 2 rooms so this was a big disappointment.
