We stayed in a very spacious, modern, clean Executive Suite at a reasonable rate. The staff were amazing (special thanks to David)— polite, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was relatively new with some teething problems such as inconsistent hot water delivery and pool and spa were not yet operational. They expected to have everything ready by the time they have their grand opening in the coming weeks. We were offered free daily breakfast even though we didn’t book a room with that option. The location is great, minutes away from the waterfront by foot yet is far enough from the noise of the city traffic. I highly recommend this place.

I really appreciated how eco friendly this hotel was. I liked that they had signs that asked guests to use their towels more than once and that they offered filtered water in glass bottles vs. plastic. I also appreciated that they didn’t take up counter space with any unnecessary amenities like little boxes of shower caps or boxes of toothbrushes. There was a note to let guests know they’re available at the front desk, if needed. I always bring my own stuff and I’ve heard that at some hotels, once it’s been put out for a guest, used and unused amenities get tossed to remain hygienic. Lots of hotels in Los Angeles don’t even think this far ahead! My family and I really enjoyed the breakfast and lunch options. My cousin got the eggs benedict everyday that we were there and she never got sick of it. I ordered the katiew one day and the congee the next. It felt like a lighter version of the comfort food I grew up with and I loved that. Also, they have kombucha! I haven’t found a single place in Cambodia that offers kombucha. I’ve been really on top of my pre and probiotics because I’ve been scared of digestion issues during my trip, so this was a game changer! The spa was equally as wonderful as everything else! The staff were super friendly. Booking my appointments was so easy and if you speak Khmer, the masseuses are so fun to talk to. I got an aromatherapy massage, a body scrub and foot massage and felt SO clean after. I can’t wait to come back during my next trip!

Positive- large clean comfortable room. Hotel in good location, a bit removed from tourist concentrated area, but easy walk distance. Very close to VET bus station and convenience store. Front desk staff friendly. Based on our previous Cambodia hotels at similar price point, I would say service is a little less than others. Breakfast was good, but think that pastries and fruit should be added as part of breakfast. Pool seemed to be accessed by public off the streetfor quick swim and showers at least one of the nights we were there. Would consider returning because of location/room size, but perhaps was slightly overpriced relative to other hotels we stayed at.

De eigenaren zijn ontzettend betrokken, maken tijd voor een persoonlijk praatje en zorgen ervoor dat je je direct thuis voelt. Hun passie voor het hotel zie je terug in elk detail. Eines der besten Hotels in denen ich jemals übernachtet habe. Alles sauber, neu und ordentlich. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum genauso wie die lieben und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Ich kann auch die Massagen im angeschlossenen Sage Spa sehr empfehlen, sehr professionell und wohltuend. Es ist mir sehr schwergefallen abzureisen und ich möchte bald wiederkommen.

Trés bien situé. Nous avons fait une étape d'une nuit pour visiter Kep et La Plantation Farm. La chambre est très grande avec deux très grand lit d"excellente qualité. Le petit dejeuner est correct. La piscine est appréciable après une après midi de découverte de la ville. J'ai pu profiter de leur spa avec plusieurs séances de massage. Je recommande.

Très bel hôtel qui vient d’ouvrir. Les points positifs : gentillesse du personnel, hôtel très beau, bien décoré. Nous avions la chambre exécutive qui est très grande. Piscine sympa mais un peu petite Points négatifs : le petit dej pas très complets. Le 3 eme jour c’était mieux ils ont mis des croissants et chocolatine et nous avons eu droit à un chocolat chaud excellent et un verre de jus d’orange frais. Les 2 premiers matins c’était pas comme ça. Dommage que dans la chambre exécutive qui est chère, il n’y ai que 1 seul lit, nous étions 3 Le coffre fort qui se ferme avec le numéro de la chanmbre bizarre Les points négatifs
