The room was very clean. My issue was the bed. There were two twin beds pushed together and they kept sliding apart, making for a very uncomfortable sleep. In addition to that, having to lug my suitcase down and up stairs was a real pain. Finally, the room was efficient, but just slightly too small. I would stay again, but perhaps get a larger room.

The location of Hotel Rose is central to most of the best walkable sites in Rotterdam. We were minutes away from the boat dock for catching the watershuttle to Kinderdijk. Only a block away from transit too. The breakfast was delicious and great value. We would definitely stay at Hotel Rose again.

Great hotel. The only issue is they currently do not have any signs so its easy to accidentally walk past it. Location is very close to both metro and tram line. From Rotterdam central its about 4 stops. For food, you can either order on a app or walk one street over with so many options Clean room with great amenities. Nice big bathroom with rainfall shower head Staff are really helpful. There is also a good luggage storage you can use. Breakfast is very basic ( you can walk to nearby supermarket and save money). I would definitely recommend this place and stay again next time I'm in town.

Very poor customer service from management/staff on reception. The building is nice enough, but is being run like an amateur show. I unfortunately had to approach staff about 3 issues on my first day, zero were fixed, zero follow up to check with guest, reception pretended like it never happened. Future guests should know, you are sleeping on 1 flat sheet over an exposed mattress, pull that sheet back and you are sleeping in filth from previous guests imbedded in mattress .

Déçu de mon séjour Concernant la chambre, la ventilation est très bruyante, ce qui rend l’endormissement difficile. De plus, une lumière bleue au plafond reste très gênante et éclaire la chambre durant la nuit. Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas non plus à la hauteur de mes attentes. Au final, je suis assez déçu de mon séjour. Disappointed with my stay Regarding the room, the ventilation system was very noisy, which made it difficult to fall asleep. In addition, a blue light on the ceiling was quite disturbing and illuminated the room during the night. The breakfast was also not up to my expectations. Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay.

Het hotel ligt op wandel afstand van het centrum , kort bij de veerhaven. We hadden een ruime, stille kamer met alle comfort. We namen geen ontbijt omdat we dat prijzig vonden en in de buurt voldoende gelegenheid is om een kopje koffie met een croissant te nemen.
