Host did not send check in information on time. Property has been smoked in despite claiming Non-Smoking. The washroom stinks. The unit needs to be removed from listings for inaccurate description. Host was difficult to communicate with and refused to provide more than 2 toilet paper rolls for a 2 night stay. The bed was terrible and separated, creating a gap in between and a safety hazard. I will be reporting to safety authorities in Italy. Don’t book here. Overpriced and not friendly hosts. Ask them for a smoke inspection test as you could tell they have not been following up with guests who may have smoked in the unit and gone unreported.
