Redworth Hall Hotel

Redworth Hall Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"We arrived early afternoon on a very hot day and were able to enjoy the crazy golf and a cold drink out on the lawn. Table tennis and a sticks game were also available. The pool and other facilities were lovely, although the jacuzzi didn't seem to work to its programme. The evening menu wasn't vast and the light meal I chose in the bar was a bit bland - Cheeseburger & chips. Our room was very nice but almost as far away from reception as possible. We were told at reception how to locate the lift - a good walk away, but not the fact that we then had to walk a long way to access a second lift to the required floor for our room, then another short walk to our room. Not too good for elderly or those with mobility issues. If considering booking I would suggest requesting a room near the first lift!!! The buffet breakfast was extensive and very enjoyable. The car park is also a good walk away from reception unless you are very fortunate, although you can drop off just outside - if there isn't a coach parked in the way. A couple of negatives, but a very pleasant stay otherwise."

"We stayed in a pet room. It was very clean. The breakfast was lovely too. Great stay for a great price. The TV remote didn't work, the iron didn't work and the kettle took a while to boil - on reflection, i'd still give it 4/5 re the cost."
