Stay was ok, lack of information upon arrival and slow response. Aircon was not working properly. Apartment was clean and nice. Area around the apparent is a little rough with homeless people.

The accommodation is beautiful and really well kept, as well as excellently located. Just two issues: 1. The host was unresponsive on messaging, so we couldn’t figure out if early check in was possible. 2. The WiFi does not work and there is no phone reception in the apartments.

Large apartment in the centre of Genova with wooden flooring, two bathrooms (one en-suits) and a well equipped kitchen. Apartment was located on the second floor with lift (and few stairs in the corridor leading to it) It had all the facilities required for a short or long stay (including dishwasher and washing machines). Only downside for us was the check in process as we were told via automated we would get an access code via email but instead when we asked they said it was possible to leave our luggages from 11am at the reception. however when arrived nobody was there to open the door and after calling the host via telephone number who said someone would be coming within few minutes, we had to wait for an additional 50min to arrive. Fairly quiet as no cars were passing in the street nearby at night.

Spacious, cool, clean, well-equipped apartment for 2 adults & 2 children, close to metro stop, aquarium, old town etc. No staff at front desk: We had to contact them a few times to arrange check-in after midnight, then for check-out no one returned our messages so we just left the keys on the living room table!

The reception was friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was soft. The curtains couldn't make the room dark, and the street noise carried into the room. (although these things didn't disturb my sleep)

Excellent accommodation Great for families. Well located and clean Thanks for a great stay Only issue is check in which was difficult as it wasn’t easy to get access to the building or communicate with host until we had exchanged WhatsApp information post check in. I Knew this would be an issue based on other reviews but this is the only downside but once you have the keys- flawless.

This was a lovely place that suited our family well. There was plenty of room for four of us. I liked the location, very walkable. Make sure to insist on instructions for getting in the building. We didn’t know which number to ring and were waiting in the rain outside. We got in because a guitar was coming out and he directed us to the right room and floor to check in. I never received an email with this information. After check in, everything was fine.

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Penthouse Appartement ist sehr gross und stilvoll, jedoch ohne "Cachet" eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist das Highlight der Wohnung. Nachteilig haben wir die extrem tiefe Temperatur (bedingt durch die nicht regulierbare Air Condition) empfunden. Es hat zwar Zusatzdecken für die Nacht, aber leider es für uns zu kalt um zwischendurch mal auf dem Sofa auszuruhen.

Fint stort boende. En lägenhet för fyra bestod av en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffan. Fanns också diskmaskin och tvättmaskin passade för oss som var på genomresa. Wifi funkade inte alls trots att det skulle finnas två olika. Kommunikation med börd sker på whatsup och är viktigt att vara ute i god tid för att få hjälp i rätt tid

L’hôtel est très bien situé, avec son emplacement on peut tout faire à pied. L’accueil est magnifique et les filles à la réception sont très agréables. La propreté était parfaite. Le seul point négatif pour moi, c’est qu’il y avait beaucoup trop de bruit. On entendait les autres chambres et cela m’a un peu dérangé.

El lugar es amplio, cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado, solo poner atención a los correos de contacto o solicitar previo al arribo un whats porque yo llegue a la dirección y no podía contactar a nadie estuve esperando como 30 min, si no abre la puerta unos vecinos me quedo esperando en la calle.
