It’s not a four star hotel, of course. But it gets 5 stars just on the INCREDIBLE VALUE and friendly staff alone. My room was clean and quiet. Thank you Kamal

The hotel had not completely transitioned to its new business so the phone was not connected,there were some cleaning issues as well as some plumbing issues

Tv wasnt working they roches in the bathroom the small frige ws not working the we had to play with the pluge for the small frige to work

I checked into my room, it was supposed to be a NON SMOKING room, it smelled like an ashtray, the tub was filthy, the bed had crumbs and hair all over. The front desk person was very sweet, but it’s not my responsibility to help make the bed up with clean sheets. Breakfast was nothing to talk about. I would not stay here again.

The staff member called and tried to curse at me not once but 2x, I guess they don’t get customers and now I understand why, due to me cancel and choosing a better option with better amenities. But again, hope no one ever books with them, and I definitely be reporting them and going them reviews so everyone aware of how they treat people and that’s exactly why I canceled.
