Very pleasantly surprised, with complimentary Christmas dinner, and Christmas cake delivered to the room. Hotel even arranged Choir and live band, which made up and uplifted the ambiance! Quedos to Harris Team! We enjoyed the stay!

Didn't like having to walk through the dining room to access the gym and pool! Some decking boards around the pool felt unsafe when stepped on. Loved the welcome drink on check in and selection of different foods at breakfast, especially the Indonesian cruisine. Hotel is very walkable from the ferry terminal and Megamall.
