Nagoya and related destinations

Between ancient temples and futuristic skyscrapers, Nagoya reveals itself as Japan's underappreciated marvel. The reconstructed Nagoya Castle dazzles with golden dolphins atop its roof, while the Toyota Car Museum tells the storey of Japan's industrial might through perfectly polished vintage cars. At Port of Nagoya Aquarium, dolphins perform with such enthusiasm you'd think they were auditioning for something better. LEGOLAND Japan offers brick-built wonders that delight children and secretly impress adults. For a cultural fix, the Nagoya City Art Museum houses treasures in a building that's itself a masterpiece of modernism. Save room for miso-katsu, the local breaded pork cutlet that locals defend with surprising passion.

Moreover, the app’s Smart Shopping tool allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, potentially helping you secure a bargain. By enabling email alerts or push notifications, you're more likely to see flash sales and special promotions, ensuring you don't miss a chance to save on your stay.
  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate due to various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, having some flexibility with your travel dates could help you find a more favourable rate for your stay in a Nagoya hotel. If you're in search of something distinctive, boutique hotels may provide a more personalised experience and possibly even better value. When you make a booking through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could help you find a more attractive offer.
  4. Consider your location: Staying nearer to major attractions or city centres may provide convenience, but it usually tends to come with higher costs. For more affordable options, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and ease of access to the sites you intend to visit. You might also look into independent hotels situated further out, which can offer a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
