The staff completely denied us having a booking and we had to contact hotels.com to get this sorted. We finally managed to get a room and it wasn’t up to the mark. One of the locks was broken, the room was painted by an amateur and could see patches everywhere, closet was dirty and many tiny little things that didn’t fit right. Fortunately me and my partner only needed the room for a few hours so we can rest before our flight at night so we didn’t really pay attention to these issues
