A highlight of our Laos family trip. Cozy, friendly with the benefit of a well kept garden, pool and resident cats. My son enjoyed spending time outdoors, we took advantage of the shuttle to the downtown area (night market). We will be back!

The Satri House is an absolutely wonderful place! The grounds are beautiful and peaceful and the service was outstanding. My 10 and 13 year old daughters also thoroughly enjoyed it whether it was lounging by the pool, the lily pond or the bar, watching the turtles, fish and cats, and riding the bikes. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and markets. I highly recommend this hotel.

a lovely property with the most amazing staff especially the manager Mr Peehann.
Start with the property which was lovely, comfortable and clean with decent sized rooms. The hotel prepared a breakfast each morning with eggs but local pho was available. Additionally the coffee saffron was excellent.
The property has a great pool where one can relax and even the cross river boat isn't running and there was no bamboo bridge - the hotel arranged a free taxi into town every day.

I had a lovely stay here as a solo traveller for 3 nights. The room was comfortable and clean and the location was close to the riverfront and a walkable distance from many restaurants and shops. The staff were all really friendly, hospitable and helpful. I also got my laundry done at the hotel (it was $2 USD for 1 kg of load) and the staff were really efficient with that. The alms giving ceremony also happens just outside the hotel every morning around 6am which was a unique cultural tradition...

Great pool.
Site is very big but staff were great at driving you around in the carts.
