"This is a classic hotel right in the heart of Segovia. Literally five steps from Plaza Mayor. The hotel is an older property, but very comfortable. The rooms were a little warm and the AC was a little weak, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. The spa menus is a little weak and we did not take advantage of the spa. They do have a nice restaurant, but in competition with all of the wonderful dining opportunities in Segovia, it does not seem to get used much. We stayed at this hotel for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit."

"Clean room, smooth check in. Slight odor in bathroom but very clean and well maintained. On site underground parking is tight but manageable.
