Hotel Don Felipe
"La limpieza, servicio, ubicación excelente"
Hotel Real Segovia
"Staff were very helpful."
Hotel ELE Acueducto
"Perfect location, just a few steps from the aqueduct. Rooms were small and simple but clean. The breakfast is very reasonable priced. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The rooftop bar has beautiful views but the staff there was rather rude."
Eurostars Plaza Acueducto
"Excellent location"
Áurea Convento Capuchinos by Eurostars Hotel Company
"A really amazing place to stay!"
Hotel Cándido
"The hotel is clean and well maintained, but the building and rooms definitely feel dated. There are no USB outlets anywhere, so you’ll need to bring your own adapters to charge devices. The restaurant is good overall, but the quality isn’t consistent. I ordered the same dish twice — it was excellent the first time, but disappointing the second. Staff are friendly, but you really need to know some Spanish here; English is limited. Despite the quirks, it’s a comfortable stay and I rate it 4 stars."
Hotel Spa La Casa Mudéjar
"When I had a problem with the coffee maker shorting out all the electrical in the room, they sent a maintenance person to reset the main breaker in the hallway quickly so my room had power again. The appliance should be replaced."
Vizcainos Home Away
"Great hotel but unfortunately, there was a lot of noise late at night from other guests. One guest had their TV on very loudly and two other guests were talking very loudly in the hallway. I know this isn’t the hotel‘s fault, but would be good to reinforce the rules of noise after hours."
Hotel San Antonio El Real
"I could hear the people in the room next door. They stayed up very late!"
