It is a beauty but still under development which I'm sure will soon have the Grandure it strives for. The restauration and annex buildings are being completed with a good eye for quality and detail. We really enjoyed our stay, the outdoor pool area and the terras restaurant. Obviously there were computers hick-ups and small mistakes with only being partially open since a few weeks but we look forward to return towards the winter whe all should be ready and the staff complete and trained.

Great potential, but pulled down by terrible reception service The hotel has great potential with fine facilities, a nice pool area, and excellent service from both the kitchen staff and the cleaning lady. However, the experience was severely ruined by the unhelpful receptionists who lacked basic English skills and a welcoming attitude. Additionally, the lack of trash cans and a bar/drink station by the pool area was a major inconvenience during hot days.

Flotte værelser, meget rent og fantastisk udendørs pool. Hotellet var ikke færdig renoveret, hvorfor hele spa området ikke var åbent for brug (kun behandlingsrum og en kedelig indendørs pool). Vi havde ikke fået besked om at spaen ikke var færdig, og havde ligeledes læst på hotellets egen hjemmeside at børn var velkomne. Da vi ankom fik vi ingen instruktioner til “brug” af hotellets faciliteter, men kunne læse på et skilt at børn kun var velkomne i poolen kl 11-14. På værelset var ligeledes ingen pool håndklæder til børn (kun 2 stk til 4 indtjekkede personer). Morgenkåberne var ligeledes ikke alderssvarende til vores børn. Samlet set havde vi bestemt ikke en følelse af at børn var velkomne, og ville ikke anbefale dette hotel som et familiehotel. Elevatorerne var ligeledes ikke brugbare, og pga af renovering var hotellet snorklet at finde rundt på. Vi forsøgte at være i kontakt med personalet angående de manglende faciliteter på hotellet, men de mente ikke det var deres ansvar og nævnte at vi burde være blevet oplyst - hvilket ikke er tilfældet. Vi oplevede ingen imødekommenhed for ansvar. Vi spiste ikke på deres restauranter, og kan derfor ikke nævne noget om dem. Vi har bestemt ikke lyst til at komme igen, heller ikke uden børn.
