"The hotel has a vibrant feeling. More for younger travelers, we are more mature travelers. It once was student hotel brand but now appealing to all travelers. We enjoyed it. Great location. Staff was nice and assisted with some of the issues we had such as changing our room due to foul smell. The breakfast had many varieties. Thank you to your staff for making our stay enjoyable."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. "The hotel is housed in a beautiful building, greater than 500 years old. It is very clean and well maintained, but some of the room amenities leave a little to be desired. The bathtub is very small and has a glass partition which covers just half the space. It takes a little maneuvering to stand under the shower and keep everything else dry. The water pressure was very good. Also, no bathroom counter space to speak of. The furnishings were in keeping with the age and period of the building. Our room was on the fifth floor and the elevator does not go that high so there were lots is steps to be tackled. Our party was ok to manage this but there are many who could not. The staff is there of course to help with bags. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Finally the Hotel Paris is in an amazing location- very close to Santa Maria Novella train station, the Duomo, good restaurants and great shopping."

"This stay was absolutely lovely! The room was sparkly clean, the view was serene, the staff was remarkable! They called a taxi for us every time we needed it, scheduled a ride to the airport for us at 4 am and had breakfast awaiting us before we left! They offered what we needed and waaaay more. It was close to the city Centre as well. Breakfast buffet is remarkable! Anything you could want and more is there! You can also make your own juice. Everything was delightful and we WILL be staying here again and again!"
