The location is accessible to north and central Riyadh. The check-in was quick, and the staff were generally nice. While the hotel looks new, it is not yet fully functional.
The internet worked only on the first day, on the remaining two days, the internet was not working. Fhe front desk that it comes on and off.
There is construction next to the hotel, making it hard to sleep with the drilling noise outside even at night as they are working around the clock.
The room is impossibly small that I had to put my stuff in one of the beds. If I am using the desk, I can't easily walk to the bathroom
Only one outlet available; otherwise, I had to unplug other devices to plug mine.
I tried to eat in the restaurant, however, there was not a single customer there at 12:30 noon (lunch time!). I tried to order a couple of items from the menu, but they were out. I had to eat out during my stay due to lack of proper dining options.
I would not come back again as it is just not yet a proper functional hotel.
