Fantastic experience and superb hotel. Lovely room and very clean every day. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked and plenty of fresh food. Upstairs pool area is lovely, but can get busy due to size. Staff are wonderful especially Dennis and Julia who were so friendly and their service was excellent. We will definitely come back.

Easily a 10/10 experience, but I’m giving it a 9.8/10 due to a couple of minor details. I would have appreciated an iron in the room, especially considering the generous amount of wardrobe space. I also missed having freshly cut fruit available at the breakfast buffet. Other than that, this is an exceptional hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooftop was absolutely fantastic, and the room was beautiful and comfortable. Overall, a truly wonderful stay and a hotel I would happily return to.

The reception staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. We did eat one night at the sky bar and thought it was expensive however the view and sunset were worth it. Great location, tram stop just outside and felt safe walking about at night. Would definitely recommend. Only slight annoying issue is you cannot sit out on the balcony without having to get up every 10 minutes as the alarm activates.

This hotel is an amazing base for your trip to Budapest. The views from the roof top restaurant/bar of the Danube river are fantastic and a great place to watch the sun set. The infinity pool is a must after a long day of site seeing . Catch the number 2 tram from outside the hotel into the heart of the city. Food was excellent, starting the day with a good variety of breakfast items and ending with an evening meal watching the twinkling lights of the bridges. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The room had a balcony overlooking the Danube and was very clean.

I would give 5 stars, if the AC/cooling would have worked better. The room was too hot/humid in the night. Perfect location, the tram and bus stop located right in front of the hotel. Lovely, clean and spacious room with amazing view to the river. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed the spa and rooftop pool with a bar and restaurant. Breakfast was ok. Also great gym with new machines. We will definitely come again!

A very clean hotel with a great overall atmosphere. The staff are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to make guests feel well taken care of throughout their stay. The location is perfect – close to the city, with the tram stopping right outside the hotel, making it very easy to get around. The spa area is beautiful and relaxing, and the rooftop infinity pool is absolutely amazing with a stunning view. Overall, a truly wonderful stay that I would highly recommend.

Really lovely hotel, the rooms were clean breakfast was good. The spa was also really nice. However there are tramlines behind the hotel and the trams go past continuously. This does not make for a good nights sleep. We stayed for two nights and did not have more than a few hours between us
