The room and view were very nice, and the room service and food were very good. Best to have a car to come here or wait for an Uber (very scarce) or take a tuktuk to Guatape. The real problem is the music which starts about 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Non-stop reggaeton and reggae at levels that reach into the room with guests partying below you. If you are into a party hotel, then you may not mind the non-stop music. If you are looking for a relaxing boutique hotel to think, relax and read, this is not your place.

Mylos hotel was a hidden gem in Guatape. Such a cute luxury boutique hotel and near everything. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by the wonderful staff. Hotel look just like the pictures. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel is very nice. I mean the only thing to do is relax by the pool and eat unless you leave the resort. 1 to 2 days max is plenty. The service is great, the food menu needs improving and I didn’t think the food was all that. To be honest it’s average at best. I had great company so I really enjoyed myself. The one man music group was wonderful on Saturday night.
