I booked in the morning of the checkin and mid afternoom ready for checkin. There was no sign. I tried to call them, no reply. I wrote and after some time came a message that booking is canceled. No answer on the phone nor on the mail. I entered with the help of other guests the house and nocked on the dopr of the appartment in a relatively shabby dark part of the building. Some guests opened me, but there was noone around. It looks like a fraud. Hotel.com refunded me and gave me a bit more to book at another place. Don‘t go there. Client attention is miserable.
