The experience was amazing. The people there were so helpful and made us feel at home. They gave us a portable heater. Was in a good location as well.

Very unique and great place to feel the culture. The only thing and wasn’t a big deal for me, no hot water for shower, other than that, Anas and Amaal were great to help us with everything we need, really great people

There was an issue with the heat and the hot water the entire time the staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating but it was the middle of winter and it was a very uncomfortable stay. The electricity also went out numerous times. It's too bad because it's actually in a very beautiful location with a wonderful view. And the rooms have the potential to be lovely and cozy. But it definitely felt more like glamping than staying at a riad or hotel. It's also hard to find as there's no outside sign. The contact number is also a foreign number so you have to be able to dial internationally to use the contact number provided.

A practical choice with what you need

This is accomodation had appartment-style rooms with up to 2 bedrooms with air conditionning and a refrigerator. The location is good and is inside the blue old town. The walk from the parking is not far, and the hotel staff had great communication prior to arrival (for me they used Whatsapp). They waited for me at the parking and helped me with my luggages. Maroccan breakfast is available in the morning. They have a rooftop with a nice view. Please do not expect luxury, this is not a fancy western-style hotel. Overall this is a practical choice that is well located inside the blue city.
