The staff was very helpful and friendly, and we were able to leave our luggage at the sister hotel just down the block. The building is a good location that's not in the middle of tourist areas but walkable to them, and we felt safe walking everywhere. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows flat, but we otherwise had a great stay.

It was a great stay; clean and comfortable. House keeping is thorough and consistent. But they are not responsive on a couple issues I reported via Hotels.com messaging: (1) On the third day, the front entrance door would not shut properly when people left; and (2) the roof-top terrace access panel had a drained battery and we couldn't get in. (They don't have a front desk and messaging is the only way to communicate...)

Very nice room with a good and clean bathroom plus shower. The beds were very good but the pillows were too Big. Very nice view from the top of the building on the terrace. Big windows but the last one had no curtain so we were woken up early by the sunlight which was a bit annoying. All and all a very good hotel.

Really lovely room with a nice balcony. Very modern and very clean. Quality of breakfast and choice was very good. Value for money was very good But… There is no information about breakfast times or anything about the hotel or the facilities for customers Unfortunately staff were not helpful or responsive. Our safe didn’t work and they only came to look at it on the penultimate day but couldn’t fix it the man who came was quite rude.The girl at breakfast wasn’t very friendly. It’s set up as a self service hotel which wasn’t a problem but when our code operated door stopped working we had to go and ring the buzzer on the front door and wait for a grumpy maintenance man to come and fix it. Lovely hotel shame about the staff! Will try elsewhere next time we go to Prague customer experience is important.

Very nice room very clean and quiet for the area and being on a loud Main Street. I had issues getting ahold of them for the check in details I didn’t realize the distance and issues getting there from the train station. I would advise to get a uber. That 10 minute walk is all on cobblestone streets and across an area where there is construction.

The check in system is a bit new to everyone. No reception and no staff at the hotel to help if you failed the online checkin to obtain the entrance gate’s pin. Overall, this is a new hotel, rooms are clean with a nice coffee machine and fridge is cold. The kings beds are big and mattresses are firm. Highly recommend for families of 4.

Pros: The room is modern and new. It is spacious and clean. The shower is very functional and convenient. The beds are comfortable and clean. The property is convenient, near to different eateries and attractions. Cons: No response when messaging the property via Hotels property contact function. Unclear how to obtain the PIN after online check-in and payment. Our check out time was 11am, but around 9am someone unlocked our door while we were sleeping. This made us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe.
