A brand new hotel .Staff was amazing !Breakfast was always hot and fresh.They take cleaning seriously and you could tell staff is proud to work there .Social hour was a pleasent surprise with drinks and a small meal .They have a laundry room for guest which is a great and free to use .The pool was just right for small children for traceling families .

I am OCD about every thing and deciding on where to stay is a whole chore! I have now added this location to my list of places that eased and exceeded all of my expectations! Very clean and no issues. Didnt really interact with staff as we checked in late, and there wasnt much interaction when we checked out. Told them room number and turned innkeys and they thanked us.

The front desk lady was overwhelmed. Our payment to the hotel went through hotels.com. My wife forgot her credit card and was told she could use Apple Pay. My wife asked for assistance but was rudely instructed by the front desk attendant to get out of line and figure it out. My wife had our 4 young children with her and needed assistance. It was apparent that the lady was only interested in getting people checked in.

Excellent experience! The front desk receptionists were very welcoming. The manager was even friendly, very understanding and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Beds and pillows were also very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, was able to have a little one sit down to play and roll around. There is a little fire pit out back that was cozy and relaxing. We will definitely return!

Started strong, ended rough. Check-in was smooth and the property was clean and well-kept — genuinely looked like a nice place to stay. Unfortunately, the night went downhill fast. A large outdoor party was going on directly outside our room on the patio, right next to the breakfast area. Before 10pm, fine. After that, not so much. Music was blasting on and off until 2am, kids were running the hallways yelling and knocking on doors past 11pm, and cars were pulling in all night like non-guests were showing up to join the party. I called the front desk around midnight. The person who answered seemed completely unaware of what was happening — which is hard to believe since the party was literally outside the lobby windows. They said they'd ask the group to keep it down. Nothing changed. Total sleep: about 3 hours. I drove from Illinois to North Carolina and this is not what I needed. I get that things happen, but management needs to be present and actually handle situations like this. If you're considering this hotel, just know that a packed parking lot at night might not mean what you think it means.
