"Great little hotel, right in the centre of Reims. Great Air Con which was very much needed as it was 38 and humid. Staff really lovely and freindly. We could have done with more pillows and a fridge and I’m sure if we had asked for more pillows the lovely staff would have supplied them but it was late so we didn't bother. We were worried that it would be a bit noisy as it is in the middle of all the bars and restaurants but the widows were excellent at noise reduction so we slept really well. Parking was easy as the underground car parking is next door to the hotel. We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and again returning home. Great value for money!"

"I stayed in this hotel when it was a different chain about 12 years ago as it's in a perfect location next to the main station and walkable to the centre and 2 mins from tram stops. Under new management, the hotel is superb: good value for money, bright, fresh and clean with an excellent breakfast. The rooms are newly refurbished with everything you need including the much needed air conditioning in the recent heat. The staff are friendly and very accommodating."

"Clean room, kind staff, great location. However, the room is much smaller than it looks in the photos (although the bathroom is a good size) and we went in june so it was extremely hot - and the fans they provided in the room are quite weak. No AC, which is the main downside for summertime travel. But if the weather is good, id say the room is very good value."

"Clean. Spacious. There is no air con in the rooms but fan and shutters helped a little. There is a small park just across the street and bus to Champagne houses by the station. Tram also close that goes to the Catherdal. Supermarket is 5 mins walk but remember to buy salt as there is not salt provided in the rooms. Love the sound of trains so it didn't bother me that by window opened straight onto the train tracks by the station, plus the trains don't run late. Staff are pleasant."

"We had a very slow check-in which was exasperated by the excessive heatwave! However, the hotel team were very good and gave us a gift and an apology for the trouble. It's often how the problem is addressed rather than the problem itself, so I congratulate them for that. Nice coffee cafitiere in the room, steamer and good tea."
