The gm is actually a pretty sweet person she did a extraordinary act of kindness to my future wife that touched my heart and brought me to tear just alittle. The room was smelly, filthy and neglected. I asked for another room and it was a slight bit better, however there is a pattern here of not CLEANING the rooms. The floor was filthy and full of the last guests hair and crumbs! The bedding wasn’t fresh the baseboards were damn near black from dirt. The shower/tub would back up with water so I showered with water up to my ankles. No coffee pot so I went to office for one, get back to the room and it was broken. No cups no cutlery no pots in a kitchenette is wild! Zero stars
