A particularly thoughtful touch was the special welcome arranged for our daughter’s birthday, which made the occasion even more meaningful and one we’ll always remember. It’s those small, personal gestures that really set this experience apart. The accommodation itself was spotless, well-presented, and ideally located, making it easy to explore everything Ohrid has to offer. It provided the perfect base for our trip, combining comfort with convenience. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone planning a visit to Ohrid. It exceeded our expectations in every way and we wouldn’t hesitate to return."

"The staff was very friendly and breakfast was made to order which I enjoyed. The pools was beautiful and clean, and a nice option if you didn’t want to walk to the beach. I had issues with my air conditioning that kept turning off whenever I tried to change the setting, though I didn’t hear much of anyone else having those problems. Staff did what they could to resolve those issues. Over all I would recommend this stay."

"The staff at the hotel and concierge were extremely helpful and we had a great experience! The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel also provides access to private beach! However, there was an incident on our last night where the fire alarm went off at 1AM. All the hotel guests were evacuated and we ended up exiting from the casino in the hotel. The staff at the casino were extremely rude and did not provide instructions on how to exit the building at all. They all stood there and looked at all the hotel guests, then another staff from casino were rushing to get us out of the casino, not providing any instructions on where and what to do to get out of the building. Clearly the staff at the casino weren't trained to respond in this situation."
