Wonderful stay at Andenes del Inca, and staff who made us feel like family. Our room was large and clean. The breakfast was simple but comparable to other similar hotels in Peru. The breakfast area had hammocks, a view of the Ollantaytambo ruins, and a lovely hotel kitty.

Staff friendly. Room clean. Close to the main square 5-10 min walk.
Jacuzzi and Sauna is extra.
Breakfast is basic.
Would have appreciated an extended breakfast time which was from 6-8am. Unless you have an early tour who wants to be ready by 8am for breakfast!

We loved our stay at Andenes Del Inca! Walter was very helpful and welcoming. We were able to store our luggage there as we went to Machu Picchu. The property is quiet and clean, and in a convenient location to explore Ollantaytambo and the surrounding ruins. I would highly recommend staying here, especially for the price and for Walter’s hospitality!

The location was good and the staff friendly and helpful. You need to know that if you want your room cleaned you have to give them the key. The room was compact but it did have a refrigerator. The hot tub was inoperable . The breakfast was ok, they offered to make you eggs. The hotel is up an alley which you need to know if arriving by taxi. A good value in a walkable part of town

The hotel was clean and had a comfy bed. The owner lady was super nice and even prepared us breakfast for us to take before we checked out at 520am. She was attentive when we asked for the portable heater and more toilet paper.
The hotel was hard to find as is new. I recommend this hotel. Has good decorations.

A very nice, clean and safe small Inn. Only ten rooms which makes it the perfect place for resting after long days of exploring the wonderful surroundings. I was welcomed by Anna, who was super helpful, but mostly had the pleasure of dealing with Albaro. He was amazing, super helpful and attentive. There was no issue he could not resolve for me, all with a genuine smile. Rooms are very good. Didn’t have breakfast , just coffee and Pan, also good. 5-6 minute walk from main square, 15 to train station and about 10 to Sitio Archeological.
Can’t go wrong here. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional Hospitality and Kindness
We arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the owners were incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived. Even though breakfast normally ended at 8am, they graciously invited us to join a little after that so we wouldn’t miss a meal.
They also allowed us to check out late and relax around the hotel, which was already above and beyond. Unfortunately, I became very sick that morning — likely from something I ate or from trekking Salkantay — and the owners went out of their way to help me. They called a doctor to the hotel, made sure I received the right medication, and kept checking on me throughout the day to make sure I was okay.
Their genuine care and compassion made such a difference during a really difficult moment. It’s rare to find people this kind and attentive. I can’t recommend this hotel enough — not just for the comfort, but for the incredible humanity and warmth of the people who run it.

We really enjoyed this little hotel. The rooms are pretty much new. It’s just up from the square. The breakfast was great. They made eggs to order and had a small buffet, including fresh fruit and fresh bread. The property is very clean and again just close to the square or Plaza de Armas and just up the road a couple blocks from the historic ruins the staff was very friendly, including Alvaro

This is a great property that I would definitely stay at again! Walter is such a remarkable host, he truly goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met during your stay. The property looks just like the pictures. It’s clean, well situated within the town of Ollantaytambo, and comfortable. The huge king bed was definitely a plus. I’d recommend anyone to stay here during their trip to Ollantaytambo!

Fantastic staff and beautiful hotel
We actually didn't get to spend a lot of time at this hotel, but we cannot recommend Andenes Inca and the staff enough. Here is why. First, we had to go to Aguas Calientes (without staying at this property) because our trip to Machu Picchu from Cusco was cancelled. They offered us a partial refund after knowing our situation. They took care of our luggages for 3 days when we were gone. Second, when the process of getting tickets was very difficult, they sent us encouraging messages to stay positive (we were almost giving up), even though this means we are not returning to their hotel to stay. They really didn't have to do any of these, and I am really grateful for their kindness and assistance. We may not have had a full stay there, but it was definitely one of the most memorable ones for sure. If we have a chance to come back, we will stay at this hotel for sure. For us, it's a very easy decision.
