The property is beautiful. The staff are wonderful and respectful with great manners. A few minor issue's were the room door didn't lock, the hot water didn't work, and management need's better organization with check in process.

Hospitality at the front desk was really lacking. I had to pull my own luggage while the hotel staff walked me to my room. There was no description of amenities so I had to figure out what was what during my stay. I must have been there during a low occupancy period because there just weren’t that many guests. They got my food order wrong twice over a 2 day stay. Overall decent and safe place to stay but the front desk staff need training.

The hotel is very well presented. We had a spacious and comfortable room. It offers excellent on-site facilities including a mini-mart, spa, barbershop, gym, and a large swimming pool, making it a convenient all-in-one stay. Guests benefit from several complimentary services, including breakfast, access to the gym, and even a massage, which added great value to the overall experience. The bedding was particularly comfortable, the staff were consistently nice and attentive, and the surrounding area felt safe and secure. However, there were a couple of downsides. The swimming pool was under cleaning for the duration of our four-night stay and was only available on the day of checkout. In addition, the restaurant’s air conditioning did not seem to be working properly, making the space quite warm and uncomfortable. As a result, we often opted to have breakfast delivered to our room. The breakfast buffet was also limited, being available only on Sunday and offering a relatively small selection. Overall, despite these issues, I had a very positive experience and would definitely return.
