The front desk staff were not readily visible, as they kept their heads down behind the counter, which made it difficult to know whether anyone was available to assist. When we arrived at 3:00 PM to check in, we were informed, rather abruptly, that check-in was at 4:00 PM and asked to return later. Additionally, the room was smaller and of lower quality than what was represented in the photos. It was not particularly clean, and overall, the experience did not feel commensurate with the price.

방도 깨끗하고 직원분도 친절했는데 자는 동안 계속 에어컨인지 냉장곤지 모터? 같은거 돌아가는 소리 때문에 4번은 깬거 같네요 원인을 모르니 끌 수도 없고 새벽에 방 바꿔 달라 할 수도 없어서 자는 동안 스트레스를 너무 밇이 받았습니다.
