Breakfast was the same everyday and it was cold. I would have to ask them to clean my room even if I have put on the request at the door to clean room. After the room has been cleaned, I would need to call for towels everyday,water bottles, toilet paper EVERYDAY. I was moved twice and declined the third time. Doors did have the locks working, bathroom door did not close and lock. AIRPORT SHUTTLE is not included you have to pay, and it’s better to get a taxi as the hotel charge 25K for a drop of from airport to hotel. With a local taxi it’s 6k

It was a last minute stay at the hotel. Property was clean and very well maintained. The room was spacious and cool as the weather outside was very hot. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was very spacious as well. I highly recommend Best Western.

Rooms were very , housekeeping every day, all staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good , very clean, staff were excellent. Easy check in and check out. All in all a very pleasant experience and definitely will be staying again. Only have one complaint, while building should be smoke free, which it is not at present
