Huntington Beach State Park sits nearby for those craving pristine sand, while the neighborhood's own quiet boardwalks provide perfect sunset strolls without the usual tourist crush. The seafood scene is the real deal with restaurants perched on stilts serving up the morning's catch. Holiday rentals dominate the accommodation options, most featuring porches made for marsh-gazing. Garden City Inn
"Pet friendly"
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Murrells Inlet, SC
"The staff was very kind and accommodating. Our room smelled fresh and beds very comfortable with 4 large pillows each bed. LVP flooring so no nasty carpet. Continental breakfast was very good and it included sausage daily and eggs until they ran out. The only negative is our refrigerator kept going in and out cooling, but we had coolers so it was ok. We didn’t use the heated indoor pool, and the guest washer/dryer feature room was not available. I would definitely stay there again. We felt safe."
