Learn more about Mykonos
Lose yourself in a labyrinth of whitewashed lanes where blue-domed churches peek around corners and bougainvillea cascades over walls. Little Venice offers waterfront cocktails in centuries-old fishing houses as waves occasionally splash onto your table. Paradise and Super Paradise beaches transform from sun-soaked daytime retreats to pulsating open-air nightclubs when darkness falls. The iconic windmills stand sentinel above Mykonos Town, perfect for sunset photos before diving into the boutique-lined Matoyianni Street. Church of Panagia Paraportiani resembles a sculpture more than architecture – its asymmetrical white forms created by five chapels merged over centuries. For a quieter experience, escape to Armenistis Lighthouse where the Aegean stretches endlessly before you.

Hermes Mykonos Hotel
"This hotel was excellent, clean, fresh and had a resort like feeling. The free shuttle to and from the ship port/airport, and shuttle in the evening to the main street is very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and many options for vegetarians. The staff at the front desk were great along with the staff working the breakfast area (especially the tall thin guy taking our orders for the plated/buffet breakfast - super nice). The hotel is close to the main Venice area, and takes a few minutes to walk up/down the path but it is worth it since the hotel is so clean and not noisy at all. There are also a few place to eat close buy and grab a coffee."
Harmony Boutique Hotel
"Un hotel de ensueño decorado hasta el ultimo detalle, muy bien ubicado, El desayuno buenisimo,"
Myconian Korali Relais & Chateaux
"Excellent service.. outstanding facility, catered to every need. They went above and beyond, will definitely be going back."
Semeli Hotel
"Helpful staff, great location"
Mykonos Residence Villas & Suites
"Away from the main area so made it for a quiet peaceful night. Only 20 to 25 minutes away from everything so not too bad. Definitely recommend renting a scooter, ATV/4-wheeler or bikes for your stay cause getting around with taxi, imove ( equivalent to Uber) starts to add up."
Myconian Ambassador Hotel Relais & Chateaux
"Beautiful hotel. Loved the pool"
Poseidon Hotel & Suites
"Just an overnight stay heading from Athens to Santorini via ferry OCT 26. Really enjoyed the hotel, next time I will return and stay longer. It is a great place with ocean views, comfortable bed and very close to the city area. Breakfast was AMAZING! Almost the best spread I have ever seen and I am a seasoned world-traveler. Great job!"
Noir Mykonos
"Breakfast; a wide range of options to choose from, eggs were well done in terms of yolk but still very tasty. Plenty of fruit, waffles and pancakes on offer too, Location: although 20-30 minutes walk, really glad we chose a hire care as the location is great for closeness but roads to the property were winding and at times risky if you were walking. Property: amazing property, some minor improvements needed to the cover over seating areas should the weather change to outside of full sunshine. Pool was chilly (refreshing at times) but could be improved by being fully heated (in the crossover of seasons) An additional hot tub could be a nice feature in the one bedroom villa as there is space for it and could mitigate the heating of the pool. Overall: my wife and I really enjoyed our stay and made use of the amazing spa with the ability to choose your own music and adjust the lighting to your preference. The staff were really friendly and very helpful when needed. Room service and restaurant options were ideal for our stay and allowed us to have a very relaxed honeymoon. Would recommend and would stay here again on our next return to this beautiful island. Thanks for an amazing stay."
Hotel Alkyon
"El personal nos trató súper y el desayuno estuvo genial. Gracias por el detalle de darnos desayuno antes de irnos ya que el desayuno empezaba en horario regular"

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Mykonos
- Book for the cheapest times: Visiting Mykonos on a budget is a great value for money, particularly during January, February and December when hotel prices may drop to lower prices. For those keen to explore the island’s key landmarks, historical sites and cultural attractions—including beaches, islands, and boating facilities, as well as bars, cafes, sand beaches, romantic spots, dining areas, ports and swimming locales—a stay of at least 3 to 4 days is ideal.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Mykonos, begin by exploring the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted hotel options as your travel date approaches. You could enhance your chances of savings by enabling email alerts or push notifications, keeping you informed about flash sales and special promotions. Additionally, utilise Smart Shopping , a comparison tool available within the app, to compare hotel prices and amenities effectively. With these features, you're more likely to be notified if rooms become available or if prices drop, allowing you to seize the opportunity for a spontaneous getaway.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate due to various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates could help you find a better deal for your stay at a hotel in Mykonos. For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised touch and may offer better value. When you make a reservation through Hotels.com, we will inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher end, we may suggest alternative dates that could be more affordable, assisting you in your search for a favourable rate.
- Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive. However, thanks to Mykonos's excellent public transport links, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel further afield that remains well connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less populated neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often great value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
