This is a beautiful hotel with modern rooms and great staff. The downsides were no in room safes, no place to unpack a large suitcase (only a few hangars and no drawers or closets), shower lacked areas to put your own toiletries . The fourth floor patio that is for guests only was locked and the front desk refused to open it for us, even though it was sunny and 70 that day. The casino is not open all night…limited hours. Overall, the hotel was nice but the hotel lacked a little forethought in design. Staff, with the exception of the one with the patio key, were all excellent and the hotel gives off a nice chic feeling.
