The best guest house during our trip in Iceland.

We were not able to stay at this property and had to pay for a different hotel. This property never sent an email with instructions to access the room. Additionally, no one answered the telephone for the service number posted at the desk. We are asking for a full refund.

Self check in (can work, but must communicate) 2. no communication prior to stay (didn't answer phone when called number). there was a person on site that was able to get us into our room. 3. atrium was sweltering 4. No food in the area (and no info on where we could get some) 5. It's basically a private room hostel
